I have been on hold and transferred for the past hour and these comments are true. Just let Continental go bankrupted the next time. Write your congressman and Senator not to bail them out and about your complaints - for certain the company does not listen. I have had three (3) round trips that 142 miles each (71 each way) to get my son off this morning. They wanted him to get a $300 ticket if he would walk all the way to the entrance ticket stand while his bags were being returned to him because their pilot was an hour and half late. That caused him to miss the next two connections since they were full. They even wanted him to fly to Newark the next connecting place where there were no seats then available in order to get his $300 certificate. Why could they have not called us before we left for the airport since they knew since last nite that their pilot was not going to make it. After one hour and half another agent came on the call to only hang up or lose me. The first Continental agent was rude and hung up on me. I have had it with this sorry airline and do not recommend anyone fly with them. Let him go bankrupted like the rest of the terrible services.

Hello
First of all it is not question but it is a complaint for the very bad and the worst customer care I ever have seen in my life. That was my first experience with continential before I was using Delta airlines and off course after that horrible dealing with passenger from a young attendant in the flight number 1776 that was flying from IAH, Houston at 7.15 pm to Philadelphia arrived at 11.28pm the date was January 4th-2011 she was so rude throw my bag on my leg and refused to help me putting my laptop in the closet and screamed saying sit down and I wanted a supervisor to come indeed another attendant which was so nice and helped me putting my bag there The young attendant even can not give apology and she was acting so weired I really want to get my right as she owns me of apology because such rudeness with people is unacceptable behavior and she has to know the rules to behave with people |

We have not flown Continental since my last complaint. Other airlines are getting their business. That is the only way that they can get the message. My family has bought about 15 tickets since we got screwed over and Continental could have had us in almost half those fares.
