I recently flew from Las Vegas to Ft. Lauderdale and back to Vegas on Spirit air. Of course I booked with them because it was the cheapest. But i will NEVER fly on spirit air again, regardless of price. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE i encountered was rude and acted put out by having to do their job. When I wait an hour for somebody to pick up trash (i was on a redeye and had trash that I couldnt fall asleep holding) and then push the attendant button, only to be told so rudely not to push the attendant button for trash. Well pick up the damn trash and I dont have to push it! Any questions asked of ticketing agents were answered with an attitude. I dont get it! I wasnt being difficult. I asked about an earlier flight and got an attitude. If you can't handle dealing with people, then you shouldnt be in a customer oriented business. period. and from what i experienced, every flight attendant, baggage handler, and ticket agent that I had contact with, should not be in customer service.
Never again spirit. and i have been telling everyone i know. |

Do you have a servant in your home picking up your trash for you? If you do, you should get a chartered jet.
If not, then you need to get your sorry butt out of your seat and walk to the trash can. You didn't pay for servants. You paid for a plane ride. As for your opinion of their attitude, it seems like you were the one having the bad day. |
