Default Flight from hell shared responibility

This is a complaint against United and Continuental Airline as they shared in lousy service. Open leter sent to United to do as I prosmised, I"M MAD AS HELL AND NOT GOING TO ON MY HANDS ANYMORE AND JUST TAKE IT.


I want to be kind and calm but to put in no other terms this travel was a nightmare. Faulty plane, 5 1/2 hours standing in line to rebook, counter agents not knowing how to rearrange travel plans or just plane lying as every stop we where told the agents at the stop before missed up as we didn’t even show as passengers. Meal tickets so low that there was nothing on the menu in Spokane that was 15 dollars or less for dinner. I'm disabled, needed wheelchairs for any long distances and only one was waiting (probably due to counter agents mistakes) and the one that was waiting the man with a wheelchair seemed very rude. The over five hours standing in line was only helped by the kindness of a worker at Spokane ,Wes Hurst was his name, this man was out in the crowd asking to help in Any-way he could, he got me a wheelchair to sit in. At one stop with very short time to get the next section of our travel confirmed, the time was shorten by unknowledgeible counter clerks and no offer of help when I asked about a wheelchair (everyone just seemed to busy to care), the distance was so far I almost couldn’t make it, Halfway I had to stop and only finished the finally half by leaning on my wife's shoulder, we just made it, sweating profusely, trying to breathe and feeling as thought my heart was about to burst. I'm really frighten thinking about the trip home in Sept as it is with your company and the same route in reverse. I've never felt even with poor service in the past by any company I dealt with the overwhelming need to complain but this was so bad it was painful to me due to your airline poor service after having an unexpected plane trouble..I'm not sure if I will take this any further, like taking it to Facebook Twitter, etc; depends a lot what you do and our return trip with your company. Oh, one last thing if it was not for that young man Wes Hurst in Spokane part of our luggage was heading for Paris, he check after we told him of the missing luggage and he personally found it and brought it to us. Thank God for us you had one worker going the extra mile, it may seem he just stood out so much due to the lack of really concern of other employees.
