Question Harasment

I Have Made An Online Return Reservtion For Travel From Delhi To San Francisco On 9-10-2011 In Air China Airline For Travel Date Of 27-11-2011. I Got Trip Conformation From Airline Vide Their Confirmation Number; Air China Mjmwtr And They Told In This E-mail That E-ticket Will Be E-mailed To You On Yor E-mail Address In Second E-mail From Airline. After Waiting For 2-3 Days I Rang To Customer Care Office Of Airline Mentioning My Confirmation Number,but Got A Strange Reply From The Lady Attending Customer Care Teliphone.she Told That There Is No Reservation Against The Said Number And If You Got This Confirmation That Has Been Cancelled By The Air Line Being Time Bound And When I Asked The Meaning Of Time Bound She Told Me To Contact The Airline From Where You Buy This Reservation On Line.i Tried To Contact Airline On The E-mail From Which I Got First E-mail But Everytime Got E-mail Failer Notice With Remarks That Site Is Overloaded And Could Not Entertain Your E-mail.i Have Made The Full Payment For This Reservtion To Airline Through My Credit Card Of Hdfc Bank At The First Instant On 9-10-2011. Till Now Neither I Got Any E-mail From Air China Regarding Cacellation Of This Reservtion Nor The Airline Have Returned Amount Of Reservation To My Hdfc Credit Card.i Think Can Any Airline Harass The Travler More Then This Harrasment. I Request Genral Public To Avoid Such Airlines For On Line Reservations.
