Default Deserted at wrong airport

We were on a flight from Fort Lauterdale to Niagra Falls and due to weather conditions (very windy ) we could not land in niagra falls ,not spirit airs fault. We landed in Buffallo . Glad we made it it was a rough try at niagra and the piolots did a great job to get us on the ground safley . When we landed in buffallo the airport was almost closed because they wernt expecting anymore flights so it took 1 1/2 hrs to get our bags , again no fault of spirit air . When we were waiting for our bags a representive for spirit air told us that we were responsible for ourselfs from there on. No bus would be provided to transport us to niagra where we were supose to land and where our car was, as well as everybody else on the flights. Then she proceded to tell us we should be happy that we were still alive . They didnt even have the courtesy of calling the cab company to tell them that there would be many people needing taxis and to send some over . The price might be initally cheaper but they make up for it in bagage fees. I will never fly spirit again . Jet blue may initialy be a little more but at the end of the day its a much better experience . They treat you like a custemer not an inconviniance , they even give you free water that spirit charges 3 dollars for.

If an airline ever told me I was lucky to be alive after flying with them, I would never fly them again. Spirit are a nightmare... You are right to pay more for the likes of JetBlue.
