Default Direct Air Family Ties

These suck! Try booking a flight. You cannot do online-only by phone and seats are limited even when they have others available. They only offer a few seats when these vouchers are good. Otherwise you pay an upcharge. I can't even sell them with all the bull***.

Default Direct Air - Family Ties Vouchers

I agree these are a joke. I am stuck with 2 of these that expire 4/30/12. I can't book them and I can't sell them. Direct Air never answers their phone. I have spent hours redialing and sitting on hold. I put in an online request with no answer. Two weeks ago a friend was going to buy them, but after 14 days of trying every way possible to book them she gave up. I am furious and want to take this further. I suspect that they sell these vouchers and have no intention of honoring them. They don't have enough flights to cover them and they make it so difficult to book them that they hope you give up and they just keep your money. I am not interested in losing the $338 spent on these vouchers in this economy. Anyone else have any ideas what I should do?

Contact the office of the State Attorney General and tell them how DirectAir are making it impossible for you to fulfil the contract. Document every effort, with dates and times, and if possible have itemized phone bills showing how long you were on hold. Take screen shots of your efforts to send them online with no reply. What DirectAir are doing here is close to fraud... if the Attorney General's office won't help, all that evidence will serve you in small claims court. I am sure they would find in your favour.
