My nightmare started after I booked a round trip ticket from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt, and since not sure about the return, I booked it refundable and paid extra charge, when I requested a refund, they refused and denied that option and when asked them about the extra charge I've paid only to secure the refund, they said "you lost it too". Then I spent many days trying to visit their offices after desperately couldn't get fulfilling answers but also no success because they don't allow anybody to enter their main offices and even communicate over the phone with any manager!! After that I've got an email telling that I diidnt read the terms and conditions carefully!! Which obviously means "there's a devil hiding beneath"
They are bluffing people to purchase a fake option and then leave theem in dilemma, “BEWARE”.
