I am experiencing an issue with Jet airways for the inconvenience and stress it is causing by cancelling my confirmed air ticket without any intimation.

I have booked a Jet airways flight ticket from Johannesburg to Mumbai through a travel agent Tripsta(Tripsta.co.za) on 23rd of Dec 2016. The cheaper jet airways tickets were available on various online sites for almost 4-5 days during this week. I have received the e-ticket with Jet airways PNR(MGMUSQ) and ticket number(5891603967682), the details were accessible at jet airways site using the PNR number till 28th of Dec. On 29th of Dec when I thought of printing the ticket from Jet airways site it was showing error saying ‘sorry there are no valid flights available in your booking’ I contacted the Jet airways customer care and the lady from Jet airways told me that the ticket is cancelled as wrong fare was quoted and I must contact the travel agent. I called the travel agent Tripsta and they informed me that Jet airways has cancelled all the flights in this particular route and hence my ticket is cancelled.

Please note based on the confirmed ticket from Mumbai to Delhi I have booked the domestic return jet airways flights in India(PNR No SNATZN) and the hotel in Delhi.
Tripsta mentioned that Jet airways is saying that they will refund the ticket amount, but refund doesn’t help me coz I have done further bookings in India based on my confirmed flight from Johannesburg to Mumbai and this issue caused by Jet is ruining my trip now as I was going attend my brother’s marriage.

It is not only me but lots of others who are facing the same issue and even after calling multiple times we not getting any positive answer.

Why Jet generated the tickets if wrong fare was quoted and where is my fault in all this ?

Moreover when I downloaded the latest flight schedule this morning from Jet airways site, I can still see the same flight operating till Oct 2017 as per the downloaded schedule.

My travel date is not so far(19th Jan 2017) so your urgent advice is required in this regard.
