Last may 13th I was obliged to undergoe an humiliating security process to take flight LY0394 Barcelona-Tel Aviv by israeli company EL AL. After an embarrasing security process, in which I was obliged to pull down my trousers , accompanied to the toilet and even escorted to the plane, I was obliged by ElAl security agents to check in my laptop as luggage (while the rest of the passangers were allowed to bring their laptops as handluggage).
I had no case for my laptop, so the security agents told me they would put it in a special box protected with bubblerap. The protection was not enough and my laptop appeared in Tel Aviv broken, as you will see in the pictures. I am very unhappy with all what happened.
In Tel Aviv airport I had a chance to fast check if my laptop was Ok. I didnt notice it was broken because I didn-t open it fully (you need to open up the screen to see it is broken), This was also due to hurries, my plane was 1h and a half delayed and my friends were waiting for me, so I had to hurry.
I filled all the applications and complain forms. It has been more than a month since I have no news from El AL. I am asking for an indemnization .
They even asked me at the check in desk if I had friends from Lebanese or Morrocan origin. El AL security process is racist

EL AL security is the way it is due the region of the world they are flying into. There are many people who wish harm to the Jewish people, and EL AL is taking the best measures possible to ensure that there is approate security for every flight. EL AL is not know for their customer service skills,
but their security screening is top notch. Now if we could deploy that type of screening through out the airports of the USA, we would be alot safer.
By the way the bit about your laptop I am not biting. No airline would have you check your laptop inthe cargo hold.
