Angry Shame on United Airlines

Checked baggage at LAX & $551 worth of new clothing stolen from checked bag while bag in United's possession. Filed claim that seems to have "vanished" with United and get nothing but run-around, transferred calls, and best of all...disconnect. Doesn't matter that I have copies of everything. Shame on United for not honoring their Pilferage Claims .
And most of all Shame on United for hiring people who steal clothing right out of checked bags.
