It's been 5 months since our family travelled and etihad is yet to credit any miles to my account. I have head of the family account. Tried their customer service ( they are a big joke). tried claiming missed miles on their website. nothing works. Looks like etihad is all talk and no actions. Sick and tired of their cold attitude.

It's almost time to look for next year's ticket and here we are still begging for etihad's mercy.

Any body have any idea how to proceed ? any suggestions?

I flew 1st November FRA-MCT-BKK and I put in my Etihad guest number when I booked the flight with Omanair.
Second I put in my Etihad guest number when I made online check-in with Omanair.
Third I showed my Etihad member card at the airport counter in FRA when I checked in personal.
3 weeks ago my miles were not credited so I wrote to retroclaims. I could only show a copy of boarding pass for 2nd segment (MCT-BKK), but wrote all other information.
Now 4 weeks ago I´m still waiting for crediting miles!
