My wife and I booked a flight from Chetumal to Mazatlan via a connection in Mexico City. Confirmed our reservation online two days before the flight. Arrived at the airport in Chetumal for the flight only to find that AeroMexico had cancelled the flight and no longer flew to or from Chetumal. We were informed that they had tried to contact us by phone and had emailed us. We confirmed later that there were no phone calls from them and we did not receive any email notice. Booked a flight to Mexico City on another airline and checked in for the other portion of our flight to Mazatlan. Spoke to at least 7 customer service reps about a refund for the cancelled flight without any resolution. Was finally given a toll free number (wrong one) and was referred to another tool free number (line is not in service). Disputed the charge on my credit card and they (AeroMexico) are disputing any refund. Beware this airline.
