nas air complaint against absence of supervisor in gizan airport

I kamaludeen abdulbakhid had booked a flight via credit card on 21 sep 2013 from jazan to Jeddah my flight
booking confirmation number is Q19TXB the flight was expected to take of at 9.35 I arrived at the air port with my credit card copy to receive the boarding pass as instructed by your executive one day prior to my journey but when I showed my booking confirmation message at the barding pass issuing counter they told me that my payment was due I was told that no nas airline supervisor present at 8.15 am from 8.15 onwards I was searching for nas airline supervisor and when I called the customer care number they didnt respond so I had to take another flight in Saudi Arabia
airlines at 12pm which cost me 855 SAR kindly refund my flight fare from jizan to Jeddah and also refund me the existing fare charges I had made to Saudi airlines as I had to face a lot of inconvenience and stress due to the absence of nas airline supervisor which is purely your fault
and if no action is taken to this mail I will have to take legal action against nas air
