Trip to Dublin,Ireland, July 10, 2013


On July 10, 20123 Flight #302, 6:50 pm from Boston delayed on tarmac en route to JFK with final destination flight to Dublin, Ireland.

Flight #302landed at JFK with an additional delay due to traffic on tarmac not weather related.

My Destination flight to Dublin was canceled with a 25 hr. layover at JFK.
I had to request food vouchers (food courts were closed until the following day).
There were no other compensation such as hotel, blankets, toiletries etc. etc.


Flight # 92 JFK to Dublin was a day late and baggage lost.....but recovered.


Flight # DL91 Dublin to Boston, baggage (again) was lost but recovered that evening from another flight.


Additional costs: 65 Euros for hotel reservation, 42 Euros in food expenses, and 25 hours of my time spent @ JFK not weather related.
I am requesting at least a partial refund of my ticket for the long layover, anxiety and additional costs I have incurred.
