The partnership between virgin atlantic and delta is not a real partnership. It is not possible to use virgin flying club points on delta- Delta allots toofew seats to virgin flying club members. THere will be lots of availability for Delta sky miles but NONE FOR VIRGIN ATLANTIC. Those notices about the great "partnership" are just so much false advertising. Virgin Atlantic members- beware, you cannot really use your points on the delta flights no matter what they say in those ads!

I am shocked, shocked that Delta doesn't reserve every seat on every flight for Virgin Atlantic customers who aren't able to read the terms and conditions.

You obviously think you're hilarious with the whole "shocked, shocked" gag. The OP raises a perfectly valid point. Do you really have nothing better to do with your time than to antagonize people on this forum? What is it that you hope to achieve?
