It is said that when you hit bottom the only way to go is up. Well United, you have hit it. Either wake up and improve or close your doors. Your customer service stinks, human and otherwise. You can't seem to make connections. You overbook. And the list goes on. You have given a bad name to all U.S. based airlines. Whenever I say I flew United people roll their eyes and ask why. It seems everyone knows you by your reputation in Hong Kong, which I reached 24 hours late. I have been advised by every person who knows my choice of airlines for this trip to choose anyone else. Believe me I am listening and hope United will too!
