Thumbs down seats/safety checks EY1495

Air Berlin,so dissapointed after travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Alicante via Abu Dhabi and Dusseldorf.Initially flying with Etihad and beeing pampered with everything possible including brand new aircrafts on a cheap flight, only to board a Air Berlin airbus 320 on the 11.03.2015.had a "gutfeeling"a soon as I saw the seats that looked about 20+ years old?anyway My seat C15 I soon realised it was not compliance with airsafety in My mind due to the back was not locking properly so when leaning back fealt like it was slowly going backwards on it's own?so at the moment of takeoff I was more or less thrown backwards to it's maximum or more backwards position, resulting in an instant reflex to recover only to get a serious neck and back pain and within minutes an nasty headace. It was No real understanding from cabincrew about Me having a "problem"or injury?perhaps They do Not know that the seat's function or safety is the most Important thing on an aircraft for the passenger's?It was reported quietly by Me only not to make a fuss.it was no other seat availible so a "sorry"was mention by one of the crew, but I had to sit there in turbulence and landing with an already injured neck and by that time I had also numb finger's and feet.the neglect was obvious now that I was asked if I could move/walk on My Own?only to struggle thru to pick up a 25kg suitcase aswell?causing even more problems.I cannot express how disgusted I am of this kind of "service"?I am now still awaiting a claim nr.so that I do not have to pay medicals Myself.ofcause I have seen a doctor and report is obvious that I have got an injury.maybe crew should know and understand that if One does not have backsupport at takeoff/turbulence/landing's then it is a struggle Not to have some kind of problem? It would have been better to stand up holding a strap like on the bus or train!it is a shame after such a great travel on Etihad to end like this.
Thanks for reading,
Kind Regards,
Birger.
