Default Interchanged Name in the ticket.

I booked 2 roundtrip tickets from AAA to BBB about a month ago via Priceline. The last name and first name is interchanged for my girlfriend. I know that I have to resolve this through Priceline since I bought it from them.

I called Priceline. They put me on hold, and then Priceline tried to change it by calling ETIHAD. The representative at Priceline was told by ETIHAD that since American Airlines is in the itinerary too, they can't help Priceline. When Priceline contacted American Airlines, they also tell that since the itinerary has ETIHAD tickets too, they can't do anything.

I understand that we need to go through Priceline as we bought tickets from them. But we can't understand why ETIHAD can't change the name when the Priceline rep contacts ETIHAD. Somebody should have authority to change it!!!!!!!!!! WHO CAN DO THIS????????

Everytime I call ETIHAD, they just stop you when I tell them I bought it through Priceline, and then without even listening to my problem they tell me to contact Priceline. This vicious cycle in going on and on for days now.

Has anyone have had the same problem??? Please HELP!!!!! Please post how was the problem solved.

Default Need help with a similar issue

Hi zust4you,

I have a similar issue where I need a name correction but denied coz I booked it through an agent. Did you find any solution to this issue? If not, do you suggest any workaround for this. Your insight would be really helpful.
