Etihad Official visa service website shows 3 to 5 working days is required to get UAE Tourist visa. I have applied and waited for 5 working days visa didn't came, finally travelled to my India by skipping my UAE visit.
The money I have paid for visa is waste, all my UAE travel plan, hotel booking, tour plan, taxi fare, ticket rescheduling are waste/useless. Deeply disappointed because of worst service. If Etihad can't provide tourist visa in 3 to 5 working days then why they are mentioning in the official website? providing wrong information is very bad. ![]() Even local visa agents are far better than UAE Capital airways Etihad visa TTservices, as a Etihad gold card member I do feel shame about Etihad Visa service. It's not my first time travel to UAE. I been there many times. But I don't know why Etihad struggling lot to get tourist visa. In Etihad website don't put 3 to 5 working days are required to provide visa because it's meaningless. Here after I never apply visa through Etihad Website.
