Hi, I have repeatedly contacted Etihad Airlines to refund my tickets since I did not use them although i was in the Airport, they did overbooking and no one was there to accommodate my family and I we were stranded, Agent did not answer i had to come back and travel agent asked me to purchase new tickets paying extra fare while I was supposed to get refund on the first set of tickets. They now say they will deduct $725.00 per ticket and I am at a big loss. Contacted Etihad and they are not helping at all and say the case is closed without settling my refund! just frustrated, had I known Etihad is poor in customer service I would have NEVER booked my flight using Etihad, ANY HELP, please
