On 5/6/2016, when I was on the way to Gate 66 and planned to take BA27 in seat 43C. On the way to boarding gate , I first passed toilet and after that I bought a drink at Starbucks and then waiting to get boarding at Gate 66.

For some silly stupid reason , my eyes were blinded and my mind was stopped . I didn't see that my handbag was still hanging up inside toilet. I only noticed it when I was inside cabin. At once I reported to flight attendant (Lynne Robinson). I requested her to leave cabin and check at toilet together . The moment we planned to leave gate , the ground staff admitted to us my lost Hermes bag was found already in toilet and passed to one BA staff .

I asked him who is that BA staff , please tell him or her to bring over to plane without delay. I saw him using his walkie talkie to speak to some BA staff and other ground BA flight attendants all say not sure who is the one who got my bag. He told me to report to Heathrow when I arrive Hong Kong. I asked him who is the appropriate BA staff to contact for my missing bag . He said only Heathrow , nothing to do with BA and gave me Heathrow website to report .

Out of 100% trust to BA , believe all staff are liable , trust worthy and honest , my bag will be handed in at Heathrow Lost Property. I will sure get it back later when I arrive at Hong Kong . So I got on board with totally trust to BA but in fact it is other world.

Life sometimes is really unpredictable . The person who found my Hermes and passed to BA staff actually took same flight as me on BA 27. We met each other at Hong Kong Airport luggage belt . She is an old Western Lady and took BA 27 with her husband. She told me she passed my bag to BA staff already. Again , out of 100% trust to BA , I didn't ask her to get her personal details for being my witness .

I never think BA as representing UK official airline is so dishonest . Being a naive passenger , I trust BA but in fact BA staff kept my HERMES bag and did not report to Heathrow Lost Property.

Since I arrived at Hong Kong on 6/6/2016, I checked daily at missing.com. I asked my friend to check at Heathrow airport for me both BA and Heathrow lost property. But Heathrow Lost Property told me , no BA staff report my HERMES bag and suggest me to call police for assistance.

I already passed my case to police and hope BA staff really return my missing HERMES to Heathrow lost property so that I can claim it back.

I swear I won't take BA anymore in my life.
