Default Can't change travel plans after I booked on United site via kayak
Booked on United online via Kayak. United site didn't Allow changes to travel date online within 24 hours
Had to call United customer support
Rep told that he can't change with kayak fare and give me the fare as he doesn't see it on his system
Stuck

Kayak, CheapoAir.com etc.... all 3rd party booking site sell what is referred to as bulk tickets, which usually come with the most restrictions compared to buying directly with an airline directly. Also if you belong to a frequent flyer plan you may not get all or any extra frequent flyer points.
