Rajani A Talele was travelling from Chicago to Mumbai on Nove 14th. I called up Jet Airways to confirm if she had a wheel chair and I was told she does have wheel chair. It shows up in the jet airway site. Inspite of that in Chicago I had to request for wheel chair. In AbuDhabi she was told that her name is not in the list. at mumbai she was the last to get off as her name was not in the list for wheel chair and she could not walk. I regret to say that next time I travel Jet will definetly not be my choice of airlines.
