Bought a bottle of parfume on board Etihad flight but when unpacking at home found out bottle had discharged itself. Wrapping was soaked with parfume and bottle half empty. It took the customer service and contact Centre 2 weeks two weeks of stalling the complaint to come up with a "Dutyfree" e-mail Address. The complaint is still under "investigation". So we communicated with in total 7 different people from "customer service" who's main objective was to stall and finally transfer the complaint to a different department.
