7 Jan - I tried to book a flight for my girlfriend and I but the site freezes on the payment page. I do not get any confirmation through. I then try another card and the same thing happens. Again, no confirmation received.

11 Jan - I check my statements and find that both cards were charged but still no flight confirmations received. I contact Air Malta customer support to resolve.

14 Jan - I receive a response saying that "they are looking into it". I reply saying that it needs to be sorted quickly as my trip is scheduled for early March.

18 Jan - I receive a response confirming they are trying to resolve as quickly as possible

19 Feb - Yes that is really FEBRUARY, not January. I get a response saying that they cannot locate the payments!! That is despite them showing clearly as Air Malta on my statment and having been booked on their own website. They ask for more information.

23 Feb - today. I STILL haven't resolved this and am now thinking that it is better to cancel the whole trip rather than deal with these idiots anymore. That will be a shame as my children bought me tickets to see Michael McIntyre there. But is it worth the stress? In the meantime I will contact my banks to charge back the flights and also contact the regulator to let them know about the lack of systems at AIR MALTA.
