Good day! I've checked in on Dec 22 at 515am to Hanoi, flight no OD571. However, the staff at check in counter is very rude! The way she talked to me and my friends was like we owe her money, she threw our luggage on bagged weight scale and also threw my passport on the counter, to be honest, me and my friends are very friendly and smile to her, yet she didn't show any friendliness to us. I know working on early morning is hard, but at lest show some respect to customer!

Besides that, Flight attendant on OD572, Dec 26, fly from Hanoi to Kuala Lumpur are very very vey rude as well! I've never experienced such terrible situation in my traveling before, the only Chinese air stewardess (I don't remember her name) not only show a unfriendly face, when I wanted to go to washroom, she and another air stewardess blocked the hallway and doesn't allow me to go, she asked me to 'wait a moment' , in fact, I waited for 20 mins to let them clear passengers rubbish then only I can go to toilet. This is normal? Because I've never faced such situation before, air stewardess should always excuse a path for passenger right?

And also the skill of pilot.... we all landed with fear. This scared us so much! Last but not least, when we safely arrived, air stewardess never greet us as well. They just stand there and talk to each other.

My family friends & I will never travel with Malinda for sure.
