CHECKED IN ONLINE, CAME EARLY,DID NOT ACCEPT THE ALLOWED BAGGAGE, REDIRECTED TO ARRIVAL FOR BAGGAGE DEPOSIT AND WHEN CAME BACK TO CHECK IN, COUNTER WAS CLOSED (ONE HOUR BEFORE THE FLIGHT) NO ONE HELPED. CEBU PACIFIC WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
