Thumbs down Tamara50 flight 7127

I flew United in April, I told them months ahead that I was on crutches, They not only not gave me a wheel chair, they were delayed, delayed, delayed, and 2 1/2 hours later when they finally loaded the plane, they never loaded me first, and then overfueled the plane and only took 50 passengers and luggage, they left me and 6 other passengers in Washington overnight. I was to be in SanAntonio on the 2nd too see my youngest son graduate from boot camp. I never made it to SanAntonio till the next day, I missed all the events that day. United sent my luggage without me. I was in so.......much pain, my pain medicine was in Texas without me. NEVER FLY UNITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: mad:

They should have tried to book you on another airline. You shouldn't have to stay overnight due to their mistake in overfueling. If there was an alternative way for you to get to San Antonio, they should have offered it.
