Default treatened with arrest for using bathroom

Delta flight 155 from Manchester, UK to JFK in New York on 9/16/07 when I was THREATENED WITH ARREST FOR USING THE WRONG TOLIET. They did not have a curtain pulled so I assumed it would be okay. A loud bang on the door. “Just a minute please” and then two more loud bangs occurred so violently that the vibrations turned off the light! A Delta attendant pushed in the door and SHOUTED at me saying, “Miss, you just committed a Federal crime. This bathroom is especially reserved for our business elite customers and you violated Federal law by using it.” I said, “I’m sorry, I didn’t know, and it was an emergency – I really needed to use the toilet.” The Delta employee screamed at me "This is not a topic for discussion. I can have you arrested because we have the means upon this aircraft to enforce laws." He followed me back to my seat "Wait Miss, I am not done with you. You committed a Federal crime and you must say to me the words, I accept.” I was sobbing and said I’m really sorry – it was a mistake. He shouted, “Do you accept!” I nodded, he screamed “Miss, You must say you accept or else I will have you arrested when we exit the plane.” Again, I nodded and meekly said, “Yes, I’m sorry… I accept.” I really didn’t know what I was accepting to I was frightened and I was being treated like I was a criminal. The male attendant made an obvious notation of my seat number to further intimidate and humiliate me.
