I've noticed that I've had some of my posts disappear, and I would like to know why. They were not rude, abusive, etc. When someone agrees too much with the airline, and not enough with the passengers, are their posts getting removed?

Quote:
We only remove posts that are spam or are abusive to the person posting a complaint. You can agree with the airlines as much as you like as long as you do not abuse the person filing the complaint in any way. That is because such abuse may keep others from posting complaints in the future, which then affects the whole purpose of this site. If a pattern of abuse emerges, then that user will be permanently banned. In your case, Jetliner, we do not specifically recall having deleted your posts. However, provide us with more specifics and we'll look into it. |

Under this thread:
http://www.airlinecomplaints.org/showthread.php?t=2753 about Lufthansa customer service. I had responded back, and at a later time I noticed my response was still there when I read a response from someone else. It's gone now. There's another one, but I can't find the thread right off. When I do I will post that as well. None of my posts fit the category of those eligible for deletion. |
