POOR SERVICE IN ALL WAYS!
I can't believe after waiting two months and after numberous phone calls and emails, and faxes, they are tell me to wait another two months to get some refund if anything from my return flight back from cancun to miami.
I need to use this ticket for the remaining value if anything of March and now they are tell me to wait another 8 weeks!! Why can't they just phone customer right back and have a proper department with making phone calls out to customers? Does not business matter to them?
Orginally, i called the reservations department because that is the only department that has a 1-800 number. They told me that my fax's inquiry whould go to the customer service department. After waiting one month, they finally responded by email. They told me it was forwarded to the "refund department". So i called LONG DISTANCE to the refund department and then they told me it is in the "customer service department. What a runaround!! There is no 1-800 number to the refund department nor the customer service department.
I cannot even get a hold of the customer service representative who sent me the email on my original letter I sent in December. Can't believe this service. they said in their words it is their job to please their customers if you read their logo...but this is a bunch of bull **** . They are cheap but the flights are expensive! Just check the local flights from seattle to las vegas and it is over $800!! What a rip off. I will never use this company ever again. I LOOK FORWARD TO THE DAY THEY FILE FOR BANKRUPTSY! :evil: :evil:
