Monday, August 10th, I had a four hour lay over in Tornoto from London to Newark. I ended up spending two days and two nights in the Tornoto airport. Due to weather conditions on Monday, the airline got backed up and we the consumers suffered. What made it so appalling was the lack of staff, horrible attitude toward us by Air Canada employees toward and absolutely no help. In addition, everytime they would book me into a new flight (four times) I would have to get my luggage, go through the lines to get the new flight and then again through customs. The lines were hours long and again with little staff. I will never, never fly Air Canada. Meanwhile travelers booked with United or Continental took off with no problems and no delays.
