Angry Delaying luguage without notifing passengers

Hi every body,
I am new here and I am looking for anything would help me to sew Etihad airline.

My problem started when I am coming from Abu Dhabi to Khartoum as non-stop flight and I had excess load. one of the travelers offered to help me with it. and then the counter employee refused. the other traveler asked me what do you have in the bag I answered i have clothes and some creams thats all. and talked to the counter employee and he told the I accept the whole resonsibilty for this bag. but the employee refused again. the employee asked me to move from the que and he continued his work and the traveler was the next one and he took the bag, the employee said nothing and i was delayed for almost 45 mints to get back into the que and i payed for the left excess load as well. I told the employee what ever is going to happen to me or to my laguage it will be your responsibilty becuase almost i was the last one who checked in.
when i reached my destination I found that the laguage hasn't arrived yet, only the one which has been taken with that traveler and almost 40 peices of laguage for other people.. and that all because he delayed me and then it's the airline mistake. they said there was excess load so they left the 40 bags there in Abu Dhabi without notifing anybody about that and I had medicines in my laguage and I had my laptop charger and mobile charger as we well as my clothes..

so I think I have to compiants:
1- the atitude of the employee and the time he delayed me.
2- as consequnce my laguage has been delayed and has been counted as excess load with the other 40 peices and withour notifing the passengers.

what do you suggest for me?

Default I am confused

When you say that another traveller "offered to help you with your load"... do you mean check your bag in as his own? If so, this is highly irregular.. I cannot believe the airline would allow it in the security climate which exists today. I am not sure what remedy you are after, but surely there would have been no delay if you had just paid the excess?

hello, I said i will pay but he was just yelling at my face. the second thing the other traveller is my colleague and he was witnessing when i was packing my suite case,, and he asked me infront of the counter man..
the problem is about the way he treated me and why did he accept that the other guy can take but me i shouldnt say anything. I think because i am woman and i am black.. I was not intending to let any body to check in my bags as it's him or her bags but this time the counter man attitude was mean and the the traveler was shocked so he insists to take mine..

by the way this not the prob i already complaint about that guy and his boss talked to him.

but what about
"as consequnce my laguage has been delayed and has been counted as excess load with the other 40 peices and withour notifing the passengers."

OMG!! do you really need to bring race into this?? i really doubt the reason why he treated you like he did was not because of your race or gender. but still he shouldn't have treated you poorly
