i was recently on flight 65 from zurich to jfk. i noticed all the first class seats were upgraded but the coach seats were from prbably when the plane was built. all flights over 6 hours should have TV's in the headrests. when we are on a long flight we need entertainment. also, drinks should be served more often and all flight attendents should have a positive attitude. another thing, your planes look terrible. when i go to the airport, i see all the other airlines planes look brand new and clean whil the AA planes look like they have been through a war.
