uncomfortable flight
Dear sir,
I Lisa saunders, along with my guest Velma Pugh were passengers of flight 1845 from jfk to miami seat 31A&31b on september 8,2011.The flight was scheduled to depart at 5:40am the actual time of departure was around 7:30am.the airplane seem to have had mechanical promblems that resulted in technichians working on the lights in the plane, not only was the work being conducted while most of the passengers were already seated. The wheather conditions did'nt help the now reluctance to fly.The staff did'nt offer beverages nore did theygive much information to the extremely long delay.
Due to a very late departure from new york my guest and I missed our transportation which caused a great dealmof inconvenience towards my vacation.
September 12,2011,I Lisa Saunders along with my guest returned from vaction from vacation. We were on flight 1510 from miami to jfk seat 27A& 27b,My guest seat was broken,We did report this to the airline staff a technician came but was unable to fix the problem, this resulted in my guest rocking back and forthat every sudden movement tha entire flight,i could not relax with the feeling of unsafety on my mind.My guest was unable to sit in a upright position like instructed by staff.
I do appreciate American Airlines serivice and would like to continue our relationship, although this has cost me financially and emotionally,I would appreciate this matter be resolved as soon as possilble.
Thank you
