Dear Sir or Madam,
I recently experienced a terrible problem by Gulf Air line. I am writing to obtain compensation for a huge mistake for which I believe your firm is responsible. I have been trying to obtain a refund for unnecessary extra ticket that Gulf Air agency in Shiraz charged me. My return ticket from London to Vancouver was reconfirmed by British Airways flight number 0085 on Feb 27 Feb, 2010 and I was seated in seat 29J. Gulf Air agency in Shiraz couldn’t match my return itinerary and they charged me about $1000 for Air Canada 855 on the same day (27 Feb at 13:00) and same route. I reported it to their agency desk in London .She was extremely apologetic, but could not explain what had caused the problem and she advised me use the British Airways ticket and claim later. Consequently I didn’t use Air Canada. Please confirm that my requests will be honoured and they must send me a refund in form of a cheque for the cost of the ticket.
