SUCCESS!
At long last I have found a way to at least make a comment!
I wanted to make a complaint about KLM (who I believe are controlled by Air France... yuk! )
However, I have spent about half an hour trying to find out HOW to lodge a complaint... unsuccessfully.
Don't you think it would be a good idea to tell people HOW to use your website?

I'm sorry but I don't understand your complaint. Are you asking for step by step instructions on how to use each function? To lodge a complaint, all I did was google 'KLM', click on 'customer support' and I found a link VERY easily to take me to 'contact us. I don't think it took me more than 10 seconds for the whole process.

What are your suggestions to make it easier?

I think he is referring to how to start a new thread on this website, rather than how to make a complaint to KLM itself. I guess to the uninitiated, it could be a problem. To Bucharest... here is how to make a new thread for KLM...

1. From the home page click on the "other airlines" section at the bottom of the page
2. Click on the "new thread" button at the top of the page.
3. Vent your spleen.
