Default Rapid Reward Black-outs

I have two award tickets and I have tried looking into multiple places to fly and multiple variations of dates and almost everything is blacked out. I thought there were no black-out dates?? There are some dates available to certain locations but most are mid-week, are not the most wanted destinations, or are long flights with plane changes. My wife and I have flown SWA exclusively for over ten years and always promonted them and had nothing bad to say. Now, we hate them. They have turned themselves into just another big profit airline and gotten away from what made them so great in the first place. They obiously don't even care either that their loyal customers are bad-mouthing them and looking to fly elsewhere. Just do a search online and you'll find massive amounts of SWA hate.
