Delta Airlines treated me like crap
I had booked a flight from boston to Ft Walton Beach, through Expedia.com, for sept 28th, returning on Sept 30th. Before I took off for Ft Walton, my business had a crisis, and I had to book a flight to Hong Kong, to deal with a QC issue. The only flight that could get me back near Sept 28th, was after the departure time of the Ft Walton ticket. I requested to use the return flight of the Ft Walton ticket,and was told that the ticket was cancelled. i spent $300 for the Ft Walton ticket, and am not satisified with not being able to use it, at all. In addition , On my way back from Hong Kong, Delta informed my that I would need to wait for my luggage in Detroit. I waited , and did not see my bag, after 40 minutes. I missed my connection, and was stuck in the airport for 3 hours! I missed my business meeting, missed my transportation, and was forced to take $50 taxi ride to my destination. Delta likes to screw their customers. They mis led me, lost my lugguage, delayed my business trip and tried to re-book my flight, my same seat, at 3 X the price! What a bunch of con-artists. This day has cost me over $1000 in hastle! United Airlines bailed me out!
This was my first, and last experience with Delta!
I was so motivated , that , I called my business partners, and we have made it corporate policy to not fly Delta, from this day forward! BRAVO DELTA! You are horrible people!
