I have been flying Continental for seven years and am a OnePass member. Recently after not taking a vacation for two years I decided to fly out to visit family. I purposely chose Continental because of my OnePass, even though they were slightly more expensive. Now Continental charges for everything! Bags, food, even a movie. The customer service was horrible, two employees stood around chatting at ticketing while people waited patiently to be called upon. Instead, I wound up being proactive and stepping up to the counter and clearing my throat loudly. When I arrived home and was checking in for my return flight, there was no record of my flight! I wound up spending my last day of "vacation" driving out to the airport to remedy the situation. To add insult to injury I have recently learned that I will not be credited for a leg of my journey, because they are not a Continental affiliate, even though Continental was the one that changed my ticket and booked me on this leg of my journey. I am done with this airline. Never again. Goodbye Continental!

Hello
First of all Continental is the worst customer care I ever have seen in my life. That was my first experience with continential before I was using Delta airlines and off course after that horrible dealing with passenger from a young attendant in the flight number 1776 that was flying from IAH, Houston at 7.15 pm to Philadelphia arrived at 11.28pm the date was January 4th-2011 she was so rude throw my bag on my leg and refused to help me putting my laptop in the luggage closet and she screamed saying sit down and I really wanted a supervisor to come indeed another attendant which was so nice and helped me putting my bag there The young attendant even can not give apology and she was acting so weired and even she can not smile at all like she does not like her job I really want to get my right as she owns me of apology because such rudeness with people is unacceptable behavior and she has to know the rules to behave with people |

I had first class miles that the airline took from me.
They are gone, never to return. Airlines are acting like they are doing us a favor. We need to organize and fight back. |
