We tried several times to contact Airphillexpress but they never answer about our problem!
Our flight from Cebu to Hong Kong was cancelled due to lack of passengers. No message was sent to me via sms or email. I found out that flight was cancelled when I visited your web site the day before travel. I call your office and they said that I have to visit your office YMCA building in Cebu city. In the office in Cebu they refused to help me with new tickets on Feb 18 because you had not any flights that day. No help to book other airlines and they just told us to fill in a refund form to get the money back.
I have to book a flight with Cathay Pacific CX920 18FEB12 dep 12,45 to the price of USD 860! According to internationell law you are responsibell to rebook me and pay for other airlines if you don't fly that day. Pay back USD 860 to account VISA card holder KJELL LUNDQVIST.
As compensation of all trouble and a lost day of holiday I require a new businessclass ticket return Hong Kong to Cebu valid for Feb 2013.
