has any one had any results getting compensation for United for rude service, cancelled flights, failure to tell connecting international flights about cancellation (resulting in all my domestic US flights being cancelled) as I was rushing back to try and be present for my mothers death? Which by the way i missed due to failure of United to communicate to US Air that International flight had been canceled. I am now back in Australia but had a nightmare of a time. I have spent hours on hold, a month awaiting a reply to email. Just one big horror story. Is there any other complaints system to go thro?
