Default Complaint on emirates flt EK407

My complaint:-

I am Jojy Thomas and working for MTN Satellite Services.. one of the luckiest?? passengers onboard EK407 on Jan 23 ( reservation no. EK/DG2FWF)

After 2 hours of fly the Pilot announced technical problem The moment he announced we could hear cabin crew telling stop all services.. I asked for a glass of water and it took 30 minutes for them to get a small glass of water.. same happened to all pax.. at this time I saw cabin crew eating in front of passengers... where on earth and who taught this sought of customer services???..

Then we landed at Melbourne and then kept on waiting for 5 hours.. Then waited for bags for more than 2 hours and again around 10 passengers bags were missing including mine.. Asked the ground staff they couldn’t answer then one supervisor in emirates jacket appeared and said we can collect our bags upon checkin at 2 pm from check in counter. I asked that supervisor what guarantee he could give that our bags will be there.. he didn’t like that he didn’t let me to finish my question said thank you and was speaking to one pax in eastern European language. Same happened to another lady also… After the bags arrived while I was picking my second bag.. he came and asked me Is that your bag you picking.. I answered Yes sir.. then he again Are you sure… ?? ( what is this because of my color or where I am from I will steal a bag?? This is the worst way to provoke someone or like adding oil to the fire..It is a racial comment.. he can speak properly to that guest who was speaking Eastern European language and see how he treated me.. .. Never expected these all from Emirates Staff.. Shame on you… I travel a lot never been trated like this.. I ork ona cruise ship.. we never treat anyone like this...Please let that supervisor know that People from My country's hard work and sweat helped to build Dubai and emirates... every one in Dubai respect us and will never treat like this...
There was a big que for hotel voucher.. many staff were standing on the sides and watching all these .. they should have controlled the line.. many passengers jumping lines and the staff was standing there as if they are least bothered.. Bottled water was giving out by passengers.. ( strange right?) The hotel I provided was Sun shine motel.. we reached the hotel after the driver had no clue where to take us.. asked the hotel about lunch they said they don’t provide.. we were told that flight leave at 1800 hrs but when I called the reservations I was told that it will leave only after 2000 hrs. Reached the airport at 1445 hrs.. while we were in the line to checkin the passenger in front of me asked me whether I reveived $25 lunch coupon.. I said no.. I still cant understand this why these vouchers only being handed over to some Lucky passengers.. later I asked the customer services and I was lucky to get one.. Later I found one old Italian couple who didn’t receive this voucher.. ( they didn’t speak English.. and they didn’t ask ..So Yes you wont give them the voucher) .. when I was checking in I asked the lady whether Emirates would provide me a hotel at Dubai since my office always book me a hotel since its over 9 hours waiting.. she said NO its not her mistake the flight was cancelled .. I said so it was my mistake .. she said she was being told not to give.. and directed me to Customer service desk.. again waiting for over an hour finally The lady at the customer service (Natalie) gave me a hotel confirmation at Dubai . My question again here so who ever asks and fights will get it..Pregnant lady next to me in the flight a NZ citizen flying to Dhaka said she was told to get the hotel reservation from Dubai.. I saw her in Dubai where she was refused … This is how you treat your passengers …

You can Check with any of the passengers what I wrote is true... That comment by your supervisor I will never forgive him...

I can understand technical problem but the way you treat your valued guests… no excuses…

The above was my complaint.. but the airline now say that they will give 10,000 skyward miles only for all those torture I been through which I strongly feel its not enough…
