Default etihad airways doesn't care - mail NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED after 5 days !!!

Reference Amadeus : 6E2KZV, Airline : EY / HOQVKM (BUSINESS CLASS).
Issue : Promised Limo drop at arrival (SFO) NO ONE SHOWS UP !!! Left stranded.
Complained online on 9th Oct via mail to feedback@etihad.ae
Until the 14th of Oct, did not get EVEN an acknowledgement !!!
How unfortunate is that - and that too from an airline that brags about topping the charts in customer service...
SUCH A FARCE.
