Azalair prevent me to take the plane just at the passport checking. because of my nationality.....while I purchased the tickets and they didnt tell me anything about it.

Azalair prevent me and my wife to take the plane just at the passport checking. because of my nationality.....while I purchased the tickets and they didnt tell me anything about it.we called and emailed them but there was no answer. this is the email that we sent to them hello We purchase online tickets( the details are below) we attend at the mentioned time in the Imam Khomeyni airport in Iran-Tehran. At the passport checking told us that the Azerbaijan airport doesn't allow us to enter that Airport in Baku Airport because we are Armenian ( we are Iranian Armenian, means we travel with Iranian Passport) .So they prevent us to get the plane. they told us call the office of Azalair in tehran, we called but there is no one to answer.they just gave me one number who after our many calls just say I have no Idea and its non of my bussiness, you purchase online tickets and you can complain anywhere you want. Now I have a question. who is responsible for my problem??how can I get my money and compensation back?? regards and there is no answer up to now
