Sir,
With due respect i would like to share that i was travelling from Cairo to New Delhi via Bahrain on Gulf Air flight GF-70 & GF-130.I was carrying some stone show pieces which I bought from Cairo. Two of them were found broken when I opened my luggage at Delhi. Also I had got the fragile tag posted on both of my bags at the counter in Cairo. Thereafter I requested to look into the matter & please reimburse me of the loss.To my surprise after about 3 weeks when i called up Gulf Air Office in Delhi( contact person : Mr Savio) he said that he wont be able to help as the airline is not responsible for any damage.



My flight details are as follows
1. From Cairo to Bahrain, flight no GF-70, date of dep: 09/03/12, date of arrival: 09/03/12
Seat no 20A
2. From Bahrain to New Delhi, flight no GF-130, date of dep: 09/03/12, date of arrival: 10/03/12
Seat no 22D( This was upgraded to seat no 2A)


Could someone please help me out as these guys need to get some piece of mind.
