Flying from Denver to Portland
Flight onUS airways operated by united. Went to united told to check in at us air counter, they sent me back to united and use confirm number. After getting booked, went to departure gate on boatding pass. After boarding time there was no one there. Customer service counter had no one there. Went to other united gay and was told plane had been switched frrom gate 37 to 27departure without nottification and delayed an hour. At gate 2737on they said there is no way to notify people waitin of changes. Was told if people wanted cheap flights they should not expect service. |
