I bought 2 way ticket for my fiance from internet,

When we tried to check in, officer said our ticket was cancelled. They said we did not used the first flight so they cancelled the second.

When we went to ticket selling office, they refused to fix situation, instead they tried to sell us business class ticket instead!
We refused to buy it, and luckly we found last minute ticket from Turkish Airlines seat quota, and bought it for double price!

1 - We bought this cancelled ticket from internet, and there was no caution about it.

2 - At the time first flight passed, no one made any caution, no one called me, not a single text message or information mail i recieved.

I am terribly stressed about this situation, i hope someone refund my loss and make an official apology.

Sadly you probably have no recourse, this is one of the dangers of buying things from outside sources on the internet.
Becareful for fraud out there, use known travel sites, like the airlines site itself, expedia, travelcity etc.
The dangers of buying on sites like craigslist etc is you can run into fraud.
If you bought this ticket on a site like craigslist or such, PLEASE report the seller to the sight so they can be stopped from doing this in the future.

nope i bought this ticket from tickets.ua website.
And UIA offered me 10 euro refund.
I said them i m not a beggar.
I will post this issue everywhere i can find on internet.

Im terribly sorry for flyied with them.
