Angry Agent tells mother to "**** off"

Our US Airways flight to Kansas City was cancelled due to weather. When leaving the plane, we were directed to the ticket counter, where we were not received well because there were probably a hundred of us trying to rebook. The immediate response was that there were no flights available for three days. An airline representative whose name tag read "John B" treated us with disdain and rudely/aggressively asked us to leave the line and call the airline. One mother, particularly distraught, tried to engage this man directly. As they parted ways, he told her to "**** off".

I understand that weather problems and airport closures are out of the airlines hands, but the response to a difficult situation was outrageous.
