Delta.com has a problem with their pesos-to dollars conversions when checking in online in Mexico, resulting in overcharging it's customers. What should have been a $25.00 extra bag fee when checking in online (332.54 pesos) will end up costing you $332.54 USD!!! This happened to me during recent travel when returning from Mexico. A Delta representative at the airport warned me to check my credit card statement when I got home and sure enough...the charge for $332.54! The odd thing is that when I paid online the form had the cost of $25.00 and of 332.54 clearly listed in pesos. The receipt that I e-mailed to myself however, showed that the fee was charged in dollars! Delta has agreed to refund my money (after much trouble on my part), but two weeks has gone by and still not refunded! Seems like should be an easy fix for delta.com (but perhaps too good of a revenue generator???)
